Flying with us

Our schedule includes Icelandic, European and North American flying. Pilots choose individual flights or trips, prepare a dispatch release and fly with the Pilot Client. Completed flight reports are reviewed by our operations team.

You can fly at your own pace. If you’re new to VATSIM or need help preparing a flight, our community and training guides are available.

Getting started

  1. Register your pilot account

    Your account gives you access to the Pilot Hub and your flight record.

  2. Choose a flight

    Check the route, departure time and available aircraft, then place your bid.

  3. Set up the Pilot Client

    Use the client for your briefing, charts and flight recording.

  4. Read the flight guides

    Guidance for VATSIM, Keflavík, oceanic flying and flight preparation.
